Rome III Diagnostic Questionnaires The Rome Foundation has developed these questionnaires to assist physicians, health care professionals and researchers in identifying individuals who have one or more functional gastrointestinal disorders (FGIDs). The Rome Foundation has received support from academic organizations, investigators and clinicians, pharmaceutical regulatory agencies, pharmaceutical companies, and federal research agencies.
